How do I transfer a call to another line?

Warm Transfer

While call is in progress:

1. Press [Transfer].
2. Dial the extension you wish to transfer the caller to. Wait for that person to answer, to let them know who you're transferring.
3. Hang up to complete the transfer.

Cold transfer

While call is in progress:

1. Press [Transfer].
2. Dial the extension you wish to transfer the caller to.
3. Hang up to complete the transfer.

Make it a three-way call

While first call is established:

1. Press [Transfer].
2. Place the second call (internal or external).
3. When that party answers, press [Conf] to connect all parties.

Cancel the transfer

To return to the original call, press the [Transfer] button again.
