My print job in a computer lab is not printing. What should I do?

First, how did you sign into the lab PC? If you selected Other User, instead of pGina or Service, Lab, the print software will not load.
Second, shortly after you use pGina to sign in, you will get a small login prompt from the PaperCut program. Enter your own OWU credentials there, and set the timer for however long you think you'll be using the PC. If you dismissed this window, PaperCut should prompt you again when you try to print something.
Third, make sure you're not sending a paper size that our printers do not support. The only sizes that will work are Letter and Legal.
