How do I clear cookies and site data in Firefox?

Follow the steps below.

Note that the site you want to clear might be different from what is shown (campus.owu.edu for OWU Self-Service,) and also your Firefox browser might have a light background, rather than dark.

  1. Click the lock icon in Firefox's address bar.

  2. Select 'Clear cookies and site data...'
  3. Click the Remove button.

  4. Click the 'Reload current page' button (up, in the top left) or press Command/Ctrl+R to reload the page.

This often clears up issues with websites.
