How do I set or cancel call forwarding?

Setting Call Forward for All Calls

  1. Press [Speaker] or lift handset for dial tone.
  2. Press #9.
  3. Enter the destination extension number. If forwarding to voice mail, enter 3976.
  4. Wait for confirmation tone, then hang up.

Cancelling Call Forward for All Calls

  1. Press [Speaker] or lift handset for dial tone.
  2. Press ##9.
  3. Hear confirmation tone and hang up.

Setting Call Forward for No Answer

  1. Press [Speaker] or lift handset for dial tone.
  2. Press #8.
  3. Enter the destination extension number. If forwarding to voice mail, enter 3978.
  4. Wait for confirmation tone and hang up.

Cancelling Call Forward for No Answer

  1. Press [Speaker] or lift handset for dial tone.
  2. Press ##8.
  3. Hear confirmation tone and hang up.

Setting Call Forward for Busy (when you're on the line)

  1. Press [Speaker] or lift handset for dial tone.
  2. Press #7.
  3. Enter the destination extension number. If forwarding to voice mail, enter 3978.
  4. Wait for confirmation tone and hang up.

Cancelling Call Forward for Busy

  1. Press [Speaker] or lift handset for dial tone.
  2. Press ##7.
  3. Hear confirmation tone and hang up.
