How do I park a call or retrieve a parked call?

Parking a Call

With call in progress:

1. Press Transfer and enter *6.
2. Hang up.

*If call is not retrieved within 2 minutes, the call will ring back to the phone.

To Retrieve a Parked Call From a Remote Extension

1. Lift the handset, or press [Speaker].
2. Dial *61.
3. Dial Ext. Number the call was parked on.
4. You will be connected to the call.

To Retrieve a Parked Call From Same Extension Call was Parked On

1. Lift the handset, or press[Speaker] .
2. Dial *60.
