Check to make sure the Print Job Billing program is running: There should be a green pyramid in the system tray, down in the bottom right corner by the clock. If it’s not there, go to the Start menu and launch PCounter from the Startup folder. Once it’s running, it will prompt for username and password and then start printing any jobs already queued up.
If the green pyramid is already shown in the system tray, try right-clicking on it and choosing Preferences. This will display a list of servers. Make sure there is a check mark next to deneb. This will also kick-start any jobs in the print queue.
