PowerCAMPUS uses state-of-the-art technology to help automate processes and provide self-service support for faculty and students. It is used by the Registrar’s Office. PowerCAMPUS Self-Service (campus.owu.edu) allows various members of the campus community and the public to access data in PowerCAMPUS.
OWU is using version 8.3 of the PowerCampus product from Ellucian. The “thick client”, which is a software install on a Windows system, allows back office users to perform various actions. Self Service is a web based product that provides basic information to clients through a browser. Currently, students and faculty can use Self Service to view course schedules, search for courses, and view rosters. More functionality will be made available throughout the fall semester.

- Seaching: When using a person’s Previous ID (from Jenzabar) remember to zero fill to the proper length – Example: Jenzabar ID 9998888, Search for Previous ID of 009998888.
- Address Changes: Student address changes should be sent to the Registrar’s office for entry. At this time, changes to a new student’s information in Enrollment Manager will NOT be transferred to PowerCampus automatically. Therefore, the information that needs changed should be sent to the Registrars office and they will make the appropriate modification. This applies to current students as well.
