This is the place to come for all your computer support needs, questions or problems, whether it's hardware, software, networking, or something else, we've got the information you need right at your fingertips. In the Navigation Pane on the left side you will find a link to a page for each broad topic. Click on the link to go to the appropriate page.

When adding entries on a page:
Enter a brief title for the entry using Heading style 3. There is no need to put your name and date on the page itself. Your edits are recorded in the page history log. Be sure to add a note explaining your edit at the bottom of the Editor screen before you save your changes.

When you add a new page:
Also add it to a navigation page. The Navigation pane on the left side of every screen includes top-level categories. Many of those categories have a navigation page of their own. For example, the Software page is a navigation page that has links to pages for Outlook, Eudora, Postini, Adobe, and others. Note also that each page has a Discussion log, where we can talk about the content and organization of the information.
